Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya Holds Second Period Ukomnas Second Wave in 2024

Surabaya, August 14, 2024 – Starting from August 10, 13, and 14, 2024, Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya held Ukomnas (National Competency Test) in the health sector. This activity was attended by 482 students from various study programs. Participants in Ukomnas consisted of the Environmental Health STR Study Program, STR and DIII Electro-Medical Technology, STR Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing Profession, and DIII Nursing.

Ukomnas was held simultaneously by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud-Ristek). Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya as the organizer of the first TUK Ukomnas in the Health sector in 2024 for the second period of the second wave. Currently, the TUK (Competency Test Place) of Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya is able to facilitate around 95 computers for computer-based exams (CBT). In the future, Poltekkes plans to develop facilities for the Library Building so that it can function as a CBT center, and the development of the number of CBT units at Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya is also planned to increase the efficiency and capacity of the exam implementation. Study programs from outside the location such as Midwifery Magetan and Tuban will be prioritized to become TUK Ukomnas.
Until the last day of the exam, the entire Ukomnas process ran smoothly, demonstrating Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya's commitment to supporting the evaluation of student competencies in the health sector.
