Surabaya, October 23, 2025 � The graduation ceremony of the Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Surabaya entered its third day with enthusiasm and pride. Taking place at the Auditorium of the Ministry of Health's Polytechnic of Health in Surabaya, 487 graduates were officially inaugurated as healthcare workers ready to contribute to the community.
The graduates came from ten study programs, including the Surabaya Diploma 3 Sanitation program (51 students), Magetan Diploma 3 Sanitation (80 students), Regular Sanitation Bachelor's Degree (56 students), RPL Sanitation Bachelor's Degree (23 students), Electromedical Engineering Technology Diploma 3 (89 students), Regular Electromedical Engineering Technology Diploma 3 (37 students), RPL Electromedical Engineering Technology Diploma 3 (18 students), Dental Health Diploma 3 (55 students), Regular Dental Therapy Bachelor's Degree (45 students), and RPL Dental Therapy Bachelor's Degree (33 students).
The event began with the reading of the Decree on the Determination of Graduates by Hadi Purwanto, S.Kep., M.Kes., Head of the Academic and General Affairs Division. Next, Dr. Siti Nur Kholifah, SKM., M.Kep., Sp.Kom., as Deputy Director I, delivered an educational report highlighting the academic achievements and dedication of the entire Poltekkes community in supporting the quality of graduates.
On this special occasion, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Public Service Agency (BLU) of the Ministry of Health of Surabaya, Drg. Diono Susilo Yuskasran, MPH, was also present and delivered an inspiring speech. In his message, he appreciated the graduates' efforts and emphasized the importance of professionalism and social responsibility in carrying out their roles as healthcare workers.
The series of events continued with the inauguration and oath-taking of healthcare workers by the Director of the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health, accompanied by a clergyman. Following this, the graduates also took their professional oath and pledge, as a form of moral commitment to upholding the ethics and honor of the healthcare profession. During the alumni pledge session, two representatives, Brilian Andika Yulianto (D3 Sanitation Surabaya) and Tetrik Fa'altin (S.Tr. Electromedical Engineering Technology), expressed their determination to uphold the good name of their alma mater and wholeheartedly serve the healthcare sector.
Three top graduates with outstanding achievements were also announced: � Erlinda Rahmaaditama � GPA 3.88 (D3 Sanitation Magetan) � Dewi Hanifah Muazaroh � GPA 3.84 (D3 Sanitation Magetan) � Aisyah Nur Kholifah � GPA 3.82 (D3 Sanitation Magetan) Meanwhile, Vazabina Najmal Balady from the D3 Dental Health Study Program represented the graduates in delivering a grateful speech. She stated that graduation is not the end of the struggle, but rather the beginning of a journey to benefit society.
The event then concluded with remarks from the Director of the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic and Chair of the Senate, Luthfi Rusyadi, SKM., M.HKes., M.Sc., who conveyed his appreciation and motivational messages to the graduates. "Graduation is the starting point for new responsibilities. Continue to develop yourself, innovate, and maintain your spirit of service as a professional and integrity-based healthcare worker," he said in his closing remarks.
